Started by two brothers.
We're Max and Luka, owners of Matthews & Co. Luka handles the cleaning; Max takes care of the bookings and runs the business side. We started the business after years of using pressure washers and seeing how few firms cleaned exteriors properly.
Every job gets a clear price up front. We turn up when we say we will, and leave the place tidier than we found it. Most jobs are finished the same day.

Common questions.
Where does the water come from?
We use your outside tap with our own hoses and fittings. Most jobs use roughly the same amount of water as a long bath. If your property doesn't have an accessible outdoor tap, let us know in advance and we'll bring our own supply.
What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water for hard surfaces – driveways, patios, paths, and decking. Soft washing uses low pressure with a cleaning solution for delicate surfaces like render, painted walls, and stonework. Using the wrong technique damages the respective surface.
How long does the job take?
Most driveways and patios are finished in a single afternoon or morning. Larger jobs – long driveways, multiple surfaces, or properties with difficult access – may take a full day. We give you a firm timeframe with your quote.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry £2 million in public liability insurance and we're happy to provide proof on request.
How do we pay?
Bank transfer or Stripe payment on completion. We'll send an invoice the same day the job's finished. No deposits required for standard jobs.
